DRIVE THE DREAM
Expanding the PEV Marketplace through Corporate Commitments

The PEV Collaborative’s DRIVE THE DREAM initiative asks corporate leaders to commit to new, substantial investments in workplace charging and other incentives for exponential PEV growth in California.

In 2013, the PEV Collaborative brought California Gov. Jerry Brown and 40 Fortune 500 Executives together to announce corporate commitments to PEV workplace charging.

The signature event, held in San Francisco, welcomed corporate participants from a variety of business sectors not typically associated with PEVs.  DRIVE THE DREAM generated corporate commitments for 2,033 chargers and 1,509 plug-in electric vehicles by September 2014.

DRIVE THE DREAM was funded by a U.S. Department of Energy grant secured by the PEV Collaborative in coordination with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

To find out more about the Sept. 16, 2013, event see the DRIVE THE DREAM Member eNewsletter or the 2013 DRIVE THE DREAM website.

DRIVE THE DREAM Continues

Today the PEV Collaborative and its member organizations continue to work with DRIVE THE DREAM participants to expand the PEV marketplace through workplace charging initiatives and other incentives.
